Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email and chat

• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (C1/C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage but is not always required
