Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing support regarding bookings, services, and account-related questions
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely solutions
- Identifying sales opportunities and performing upselling or cross-selling (for commercial roles)
- Documenting customer interactions in internal systems
Your Profile
- Fluent Croatia (C1-C2) and good English skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivation to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment (for sales roles)
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
