Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing support regarding products, services, and account-related questions
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Your Profile
- Fluent Spanish (EU) (C1-C2) and good English skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer support, success, or account management is a plus
- Ability to work in a structured, international environment
