Sales Manager – German-speaking (Telecommunications)

Our international client, a global leader in customer experience and business services, is looking for a German-speaking Sales Manager to join their growing team in Greece. If you’re a sales-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys remote work flexibility, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership, strategy, and international collaboration. You’ll help shape sales performance and guide a motivated team within the telecommunications sector all from your home office in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the telecommunications market.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals within a call center environment.
• Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage existing client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and support teams to optimize sales performance.

What You Bring

• +4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or BPO environments. 
•   Solid knowledge of call center management and performance metrics.
• Fluency in German (C1+) and good command of English. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Highly self-organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
