Trainer Call Center – German-speaking (On-site)

  • Work Mode: Full-Time

Our international client, a leading provider of customer care solutions with operations across the world, is looking for a German-speaking Trainer to join their team in Greece. In this role, you will guide and coach new and existing employees within the telecommunications field, helping them develop customer-focused communication skills and achieve excellence in every interaction. This is a long-term opportunity within a supportive, international environment.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Design, evaluate, and optimize training and coaching programs.
  • Support and mentor teams to enhance customer service quality and performance. 
  • Develop engaging, interactive training materials and methods.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and monitor individual progress. 
  •  Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring 

  • Excellent German language skills (C1 level) and good command of English.
  • Previous experience as a Trainer or Coach in a call center or customer service environment. 
  • Confident presentation skills and creativity in knowledge delivery.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Methodical approach and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in common PC applications and digital tools.
