Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing support regarding bookings, services, and account-related questions
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely solutions
• Identifying sales opportunities and performing upselling or cross-selling (for commercial roles)
• Documenting customer interactions in internal systems

Your Profile

• Fluent Croatia (C1-C2) and good English skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Motivation to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment (for sales roles)
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
