• Providing support regarding bookings, services, and account-related questions

• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling (depending on project)
• Documenting customer interactions in internal systems

Your Profile

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2) and good English skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
