Recruiter – German-speaking – 100% Remote within Greece

Power of Detail – Professional Solutions is a boutique consulting and recruitment agency that supports international companies in building high-performing teams.

For our growing recruitment team, we are looking for a Recruiter  who will identify, approach and guide German-speaking candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

This role offers the opportunity to use modern recruiting tools, work with international candidates and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition – fully remote within Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, social media, job boards and professional networks
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of German-speaking candidates for international roles
• First contact with potential candidates and conducting initial phone or video interviews
• Coordinating interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Maintaining and managing candidate profiles in internal recruitment systems
• Supporting administrative recruiting tasks and recruitment processes
• Publishing and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies
• Ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process

Your Profile

• Fluent German language skills (C2 level)
• Very good English language skills (C1 level)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
• Experience in active sourcing via LinkedIn or other online platforms
• Strong communication skills, organizational ability and structured working style
• High level of initiative and passion for working with people

Nice to have

• Degree or education in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Psychology or a related field
