Team Leader – German-speaking

In this role, you’ll guide and inspire a team of customer service professionals, ensuring operational excellence, motivation, and strong collaboration across all project areas. Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve performance, sales, and quality targets.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual client requirements. 
• Provide coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to support continuous improvement. 
• Handle communication with the client and report to internal management.
• Manage schedules, absences, and ensure team productivity and efficiency. 
• Maintain operational control and ensure project goals are met with high quality standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• Proven leadership background with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and sales-oriented performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting.
• High resilience, customer focus, and ability to work flexible hours.
• Reliable home setup with a stable internet connection (for remote work within Greece).
